Launching new products is a very serious endeavor for a small company like Blade + Blue, so it wasn't going to happen unless it was just right. I was so fortunate to have a chance of working with one of the world's best knit factories, that I just had to do it.
I wanted to honor that little dachshund logo while bringing you a product that is impeccably made. It is also wonderful to know that this factory has donated a percentage of the proceeds from Blade + Blue to the schools in their community. Now, THAT is cool.

United StatesI was hesitant to get this color because I prefer to wear blue. However, the camel color is a great neutral color, goes with everything. I have worn this sweater with dark wash jeans with orange trim and have received lots of compliments. The material itself is soft, drapes well and washes well. Very pleased with this sweater.
United StatesI love this sweater, it's soft, fits nicely around the biceps and chest and has the perfect length to the waist. However I am 6'2" and have long arms and the sleeve doesn't make it down to my wrist, rather it ends a few inches above it. It fits perfectly otherwise so I don't want to exchange for the larger XL size in hopes of getting a better sleeve length so I just pull the sleeves up to my elbow and go with that look.

This is a great sweater! It's thin enough to wear over a shirt and under a blazer or sport coat. It's warm and soft -- the colors are great. I have three; navy, olive and camel...thinking of getting the Burgundy one as well. You can't go wrong. Enjoy!
